OUR STORY
Building architect designed, luxurious custom homes in Cookeville, Tennessee and the scenic surrounding area isn’t a mere career choice for Luke Allen.
It is his calling.
In 2001 he knew he needed to pursue a livelihood that would challenge him, allow him to lead and work on a team while filling him with pride the way serving his country in the United States Air Force did. That’s why CKVL CUST HOME exists, so Luke can continue his mission of being a servant leader for his employees and his clients.
Luke was born (and built) in Cookeville and it's still his beloved hometown. He and his family have a vested interest in the community and it's why he's committed to building exclusive custom homes in the area: he’s passionate about Cookeville being the best it can be. It fills Luke with pride to know he’s living among discerning clients who have their expectations mightily exceeded by the homes Luke and his team have created for them.
